Nangeyalia Kharote is a left-handed batting all-rounder renowned for his slow left-arm orthodox bowling. Born on April 25, 2004, in Baghlan, he eventually went on to represent Baghlan’s domestic team across age groups. Kharote’s cricketing journey started at the age of 16 during the 2020 Shpageeza Cricket League, representing the Kabul Eagles. In the season, he finished with 13 wickets in seven matches, ending the tournament as the joint-leading wicket-taker. In that tournament, he also showed his all-round capabilities, as he scored 25 crucial runs and bagged two wickets, which led his team to victory. Meanwhile, the all-rounder bagged the Man of the Match and Best Emerging Player of the Tournament awards. Soon in 2020, Kharote debuted in the List A cricket for the Amo Region in the 2020 Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament on October 12, 2020. He shone brighter in the One Day format, claiming eight wickets in five matches. Kharote expanded his horizons by participating in the Pakistan Junior League in 2022.
