Alex Griffiths is a Welsh all-rounder, who with time, has become equally handy with both bat and ball. Beginning her county career in 2016, Griffiths appeared for Wales in the clash against Essex. In the 2019 County Championship, she had 169 runs in her tally, scoring her maiden county fifty in the same season. Gradually, she grew leaps and bounds in her bowling, emerging as the leading wicket-taker for Wales with nine scalps in the 2019 T20 Cup. Adding to her resume, Griffiths was a part of the Western Storm squad in their title-winning Women's Cricket Super League campaign in 2019.
